3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
3.1 UK Domestic Shipping
For customers based in the United Kingdom, orders are fulfilled from UK-based suppliers where available. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3.2 International Shipping (China-Based Fulfilment)
Many of our products are fulfilled via our trusted dropshipping suppliers based in China. Delivery times for these orders are estimated as follows:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch notification. If your tracking does not update within 5 business days, please contact our support team.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (China-Fulfilled Orders)
For orders fulfilled from China, your parcel may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in the UK. Makify Ltd is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by UK customs authorities.
Most orders fall below the UK customs duty threshold and are processed without additional charges. However, in the event that customs duties are applied, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — please check our website for current offers.
8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification card or reattempt delivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Makify Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.
